Confirm Your Order
As each Maison Bealvique dress is crafted exclusively for you, 100% full payment is required before production begins.
Once your order has been confirmed, our artisans begin creating your garment with exceptional attention to detail.

Delivery
Your completed dress undergoes a final quality inspection before being carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.
Production takes approximately two weeks from the date your order is confirmed.
Delivery takes place after production is complete. UAE delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Maison Bealvique delivery is free within the UAE. We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
If your dress is required for a specific event or occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

To maintain the exclusivity of our couture service, all Maison Bealvique orders are produced only after they have been confirmed.
Please read the following before placing your order:
* Full payment is required before production begins.
* Production starts only after payment has been successfully received.
* You may choose our Standard Size Guide (XS, S, M, or L) or provide your own custom measurements.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements and sizing information submitted are accurate.
* Maison Bealvique cannot be responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate measurements or sizing information provided by the customer.
* Because every garment is custom made exclusively for the customer, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
* All made-to-order sales are final.

Custom Measurements
If you would like your dress to be made specifically to your body measurements, please provide the following measurements in centimeters (cm).
1. Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a non-padded bra.
2. Waist – Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
3. Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
4. Shoulder Width – Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other across your back.
5. Sleeve Length (if applicable) – Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist.
6. Bicep Circumference (if applicable) – Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm.
7. Dress Length – Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down to your desired dress length.
8. Height – Your height without shoes.
9. Heel Height (if you plan to wear heels) – Please specify the height of the shoes you will wear with your dress.
10. Special Requests (Optional) – If you have any specific fitting preferences, such as a looser fit, additional length, or other requests, please include them when placing your order.
