Orders

Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently offer GCC or international delivery.
Delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Ready-to-wear, swimwear and burkini orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Maison Bealvique pieces are made to order. Production takes approximately two weeks from order confirmation, and delivery follows production.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services or other circumstances beyond our control.

Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your purchase is not the right fit, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
* Be unworn and unused.
* Be unwashed.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Have the original hygienic liner intact (where applicable).
* Be returned in their original packaging.
* Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or any signs of wear.
Exchange requests are subject to inspection and product availability.
Sophie Maréa covers the return shipping cost for eligible exchanges.
Maison Bealvique made-to-order pieces are excluded. All made-to-order sales are final.

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will gladly issue store credit equal to the original purchase value.
Store credit:
* Never expires.
* May be used on any future purchase.
* Cannot be exchanged for cash.
