Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Ready-to-wear and swimwear orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, UAE delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery is AED 25 for orders below AED 200 and free for orders of AED 200 or more.
Maison Bealvique pieces are made to order. Production takes approximately two weeks from order confirmation. Delivery takes place after production is complete, and all Maison Bealvique orders receive free UAE delivery.

Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your purchase is not the right fit, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
* Be unworn and unused.
* Be unwashed.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Have the original hygienic liner intact (where applicable).
* Be returned in their original packaging.
* Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or any signs of wear.
Exchange requests are subject to inspection and product availability.

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will gladly issue store credit equal to the original purchase value.
Store credit:
* Never expires.
* May be used on any future purchase.
* Cannot be exchanged for cash.
