Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Sophie Maréa purchase. Eligible ready-to-wear and swimwear items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

We do not offer cash or card refunds. Approved returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping

Sophie Maréa will arrange and cover the return shipping cost for eligible exchanges within the UAE.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. For swimwear, the hygienic liner must remain intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Maison Bealvique / Made-to-Order

All Maison Bealvique made-to-order purchases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

Once your request has been reviewed and confirmed as eligible, we will provide instructions for the return.

Sophie Maréa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions above.
