At Sophie Maréa, we deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently offer GCC or international delivery.
Order Processing
Ready-to-wear, swimwear and burkini orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Maison Bealvique pieces are made to order. Production takes approximately two weeks from the date your order is confirmed, and delivery follows production.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Charges
* AED 25 for orders below AED 200.
* Free delivery for orders of AED 200 and above.
* Maison Bealvique delivery is free within the UAE.
Exchanges
If your purchase is not the right fit, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:
* Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Have the original hygienic liner intact (for swimwear).
* Be returned in their original packaging.
* Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, or any signs of wear.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and product availability.
Return Shipping
Sophie Maréa covers the return shipping cost for eligible exchanges.
Store Credit
If your requested size, colour, or style is unavailable, we will gladly issue a store credit equal to the original purchase value.
Store credit:
* Never expires.
* May be used on any future purchase at Sophie Maréa.
* Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Maison Bealvique Made-to-Order
Every Maison Bealvique piece is produced only after the order is confirmed, and full payment is required before production begins.
Because each garment is made exclusively for the customer, Maison Bealvique orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun. All made-to-order sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
